bad gas mileage and hard to start in the morning? 1992 acura legend?

hi i have a 92 acura legend im having a few issues, in the morning when starting the car it takes a long time to start meaning i turn the key, it kicks kicks kicks then goes on not as fast as i normally should start. then my gas lileage is freakin rediculous. my gas guage also goes up and down when exceleration hard. or when i have my car off but with key in it to play radio the gas gage with go all the way up then when i turn car on it will go back to how much gas is really in tank. so please help? i hope i explained it ok for you to understand?
