Can you drive sport cars like Ferrari or Bentley in North Dakota?

I'm just curious because i love sport cars and i have never seen these cars in Fargo, ND. Is there a law that prohibits cars like that from North Dakota.

No laws, just common sense. A ferrari on the ice is something I'd like to see!

might have something to do with the snow.. i don't think anyone prohibits a certain kind of car
