2004-2006 BMW X3 Opinions???

Anyone here own a BMW X3? I am looking at one between 04-06, and I wanted to know how your experience(s) has been. Also, have you noticed problems or uncomfortableness with the seats or suspention? I have heard alot about that. Also, can anyone tell me if the panorama glass roof comes standard or is an option?

Any other info is greatly appreciated!
