It has an automatic transmission.

The tires are balding on the edges.
Windshield is cracked.
Radio doesn't work.
Gas cap door doesn't stay closed.
3 minor dents on the doors.
Hood doesnt stay up (due to hydraulic jacks).
Weather stripping is loose on ceiling of interior.
Floor mats need replacing.
Air vents are cracked.

Assuming the engine is good (its an inline 6 cyl), what should I pay for this car? I'm located in northern california.

Well, it sounds like the Beamer would have a load of problems. sounds like a minor wreck or vanalism. I wouldnt buy it. I have a 1998 323is silver w/ black leather interior for sale. In good running condition. I'd sell it for 5500. If your interested let me know
