...motor running where the brake lines feed in under the drver seat so i unplugged the wire that is there and it quit what could that be any help would be nice thanks

check the fluid in your brake booster under the hood.if its low the light will come on and you may be hearing air going through the pump.

that is called your abs system (ANTI LOCK BRAKE SYSTEM)

Thats your ABS (antilock brake system). That sound you here is not supposed to come on until it senses your bakes locking up. you might want to go get that checked out soon.

Definately have it checked, ABS isn't necessary but to turn off that light it is.
