Default Spinning Rims.

Ok, yeah, I know they look really stupid, but are there any problems someone should be worried about when putting these things on? Do they wear out fast? Do they reduce speed? I assume they increase your chance to get caught by the Police while driving.. But anything else?

Yeah, I can think of one thing: Your rims are going to get robbed. Highly suggest against them unless you park in garages only. Other than that, performance wise, I don't think they do anything beneficial or harmful.
