Default i have an 1983 buick le sabre, no spark or fuel delivery. think timing chain...

...is bad. can you confirm.? the rotor under my dist. cap wont turn either. are timing chains hard to change out?

To change the chain, you have to take everything off the front of the engine to get to it. If the distributor won't move, it sounds like an internal problem with the engine, like the oil pump is locked up.
