oil pressure troubles with a 2000 Buick le sabre 3.8 Vin K?

The oil pressure sits at 130 psi at idle and when the engine is still cool it will drop to ~5 psi at WOT oil and filter have both been changed the pressure will sit at ~130 when the engine has warmed up, the pressure specs are 60 psi at 1850 rpm, does anyone have an idea as to why this is happening. thx in advance

Sounds like the bearings are getting worn.
