do dodge carvan have a warranty on its key remote?

my car key hole has broken off, and i have no way of adding it to my key chain, i have to carry it seperate,like in my pocket or purse.my other key is being used by my elderly mom we share veh.i am afraid i may forget it an leave it in the car,lose it, because it is not hooked on with the rest of my keys..
