1999 Ford Taurus engine problem?

i have a 99 ford taurus se v6 witha dohc and when i change gears with the brake on, the engine moves like if its going up and down when i chance gears. It does not shake just moves up and down, olso when i turn on the ac the engine jumps and when i accelaret the engine stalls like if it doent want to run but in the freeway runs fine with ac

Very possible it's a broken engine mount.
