Fiat Brava engine management light.?

The engine management light on my brothers Fiat Brava 1.2s has come on in the last week.
The power is down as tho it is only running on 2 cylinders(limp home mode im guessing).

I have changed the plugs and tried some injector cleaner to no avail.

Is there anything else I can do before I bring it to an expensive main Fiat dealer for diagnostics?
