Default I have a 1999 Ford Ranger Sport Regular cab 4 x 2 and I am trying to change the

driver side seat? The problem is I got the front two bolts out and the back two refuse to budge. I WD-40'd it to death, yanked on it with ratchet, nothing works. I broke the socket trying to move it. Its a 15mm.

You broke the socket? Get a large breaker bar and keep at it, be prepared to replace the bolt itself because it's most likely rusted.
