Default Do I need a 1 row or 2 row radiator for my 1991 Ford F-150 5.0L engine?

I need to replace it and I'm not sure which one is in there. Were one of these more commonly installed at the plant at the time of assembly?

You could use either, as long as there's room enough to mount the 2 row.
