You'll need to find the specific ft/lb ratio you need to torque them to. After that, get a torque wrench with a 1/2" extension and a socket that fits the bolts, and tighten it until the torque wrench reads the proper torque. Let the tension off of the wrench, and then re-check the torque. This will get you the proper torque.
