stock color? how much would it maybe run to get the spoiler and the body kit sprayed for a 97 cavalier? wha if i needed the whole thing sprayed just stock black or pearl black wha would it cost?

Shouldn't cost too much, maybe $200. It depends on the paint itself too, if it's a metallic or pearl or either a basecoat/clearcoat. If it's a factory Cavalier color, it'd be around $200 and that's if you install it yourself.
