Front license plate bracket on Acura 3.2TL 2002?

my state doesn't require these, and I'm buying a used TL with the bracket on. So my question is if I take it off, Will there be holes in my front bumper? What can I do about it? Will it make the car look ugly? Pictures would help. Also, does the dealer drill the holes or the manufacturer (Acura)? Thanks.

There is 2 small screw holes in the bumper cover.

People will know what was there.

Not very noticeable -

You can fill the holes and repaint the bumper
or
get a bumper cover without the holes and paint to match

Yea but if you dont do it correctly it may look bad I recommend using a professional or just keep the front license plate on..

Or you could put in two studs and at least that way it would look better than having two holes there. I've seen that done and it looked good because you can't help it if the previous owner put it on there.
