exhaust setup for my 1989 GMC Sierra 5.7 350?

I have a 89 GMC Sierra 5.7 350. I'm trying to figure out what is the best exhaust setup for this truck. I know i'm going with a super 40 flowmaster. But whats better one super 40 with (one in two out) or should i run 2 seperate (one in one out) super 40s. what would be the difference in sound and the performance.

Also im looking for some pretty good low price headers
and maybe a cold air intake any tips?
