I recently purchased a used 2002 Hyundai XG350L with a factory alarm. I am confused as how to operate or disable it. It is currently set for "silent" (does not chirp when unlocking or locking the doors). I was unable to locate any valet switch to manipulate to change the status to "audible" (chirps once for disarming, twice for arming). I would like to know how to set the alarm so that I can hear it arming/disarming and, when necessary, how to completely disable/re-enable the alarm.
