Usually on nissan infiniti cars, the backseat should be held down by 2 or 4 bolts. Usually the bolts should be on the front side on the left and right and then there might be a guide bracket where the bottom and the top seat meet. Dont know why your g35 isnt bolted down. Talk to the dealer and you should have your awnser.
