Default Jeep Cherokee Rear Blocks?

Is it ok to put rear lift blocks on a jeep cherokee if you have already placed a helper spring (the kind that bolt on under your leaf springs) to help support the leaf springs? will this help the springs from not bending under the pressure that the block will cause.

NOTE: THIS QUESTION IS NOT ABOUT MY JEEP ITS MY FRIENDS JEEP AND IVE TOLD HIM THAT IT WOULD BE BETTER OFF TO GET A REAL LIFT BUT IT IS A 2WD AND HE DOESNT WANT TO SPEND THE MONEY... SO PLEASE DONT ANSWER JUST TO TELL ME THAT I NEED A BETTER LIFT ITS NOT FOR ME.

All he needs is the rear lift blocks with the proper angle for the driveshaft to line up correctly

And front springs for it
