1999 Kia Engine Shaking?

I have a 99 kia with only 68k miles on it and the engine recently started shaking. Usually only when i'm coming to a stop and pushing on the breaks and then if i park it stays shaking. It isnt like bad breaks shaking the whole car shakes.

Tonight when it happened i came to a stop then reversed and when i switched to drive the car just shut off. It let me turn it right back on but still its worrying me. I don't have the money right now to bring it to a mechanic does anybody know what might be the cause of this so i don't get ripped off when i do go?
