Default A Mini Cooper is stopped at a traffic light.The Light turns green and the Mini

Cooper starts moving with a? constant acceleration of of 0.6m/s^2. Just as it does,a Hummer pases it,going at a steady velocity of 65km/hr.

A) How LONG does it take the Mini Cooper to be going as fast as Hummer?
B) How LONG does it take the Mini Cooper to catch the Hummer?
C) How FAR from the traffic lights are the cars when the Mini Cooper catches the Hummer?

I will assume the Hummer maintains a constant 65 km/hr, or
1 kilometer / hr = 0.28 m/s, so 18.2 m/s

The mini cooper speed is
v(t)=0.6*t

A) when v(t)=18.2, t=30.3 seconds

B) a catch occurs when
18.2*t=.5*0.6*t^2

note that t=0 is a solution, which is when the Hummer passed the Mini.
the other solution is
60.6 seconds

C) 1.1 km
