I drive a 95 oldsmobile achieva the other morning it over heated ( I mean it got really hot!!!!) And now it don't start, I checked the oil, It has enough and it don't look like anything is mixed into it, The spark plugs were changed and the caps, It has spark, I checked the compression and from left to right the gauge reads, 60lbs, 0 lbs, 10lbs, and 97lbs, Does that sound like a bad head gasket? If anybody has any info that may help me that would be great, please help, I do what I can with cars but this one confuses me, Thank you

I hope that when you performed the compression test that you had all of the spark plugs out of the head. Also you can perform a wet test, this is when you squirt a little oil in each cylinder when you go to test each cylinder. The cylinder that has 0lbs pressure should be heard from outside of cylinder a hissing or puffing noise. If you have to replace cylinder head gasket make sure that you also re-mill the heads for trueness of fitt when you replace the gasket other wise the same problem can happen again.
