1993 OLDSMOBILE NINETY EIGHT - Dash says, "clean key and try after 3 mins." None of

my keys will start it??? I drove it to work, then after work I tried starting it and it doesn't click or turn over or anything...all the dash says is, "PLEASE CLEAN KEY AND TRY AFTER 3 MINUTES." I have a chip in my key, but it's not the key. I tried my spare keys too and they don't work either. I checked the fuse for the ignition and it was fine. What would be the best CHEAPEST thing for me to do. As you can see, I drive an old ghetto car. Keep in mind that I'm broke. Try to make the answers cost efficient....lol. Thanks everyone!!!!
