I went to a Pontiac dealer located in NY. The Pontiac Solstice was a 2008 model, MSRP $25,440. The dealer said he'll drop $1000 making it $24,440. So how much should I negotiate for? What's the mark-up on the car? Some numbers would be appreciated...
Ok, it's the regular, not GXP. GXP is quite expensive. I'm not trading anything in for it, I plan on financing. I don't see how GXP would be a better buy in price wise... |

Go to edmunds.com and check the true market value. since you didnt say which model (base or gxp) i can't tell you.
start here: http://www.edmunds.com/pontiac/solstice/2008/index.html Don't even buy one unless you get the GXP! You are going to pay a bit less than MSRP. |
