...button nothing??? when the key is inserted the lights on dash come on and wireless so don't think it is the battery. but car won't start. pushed the fob right in and when start button pressed nothing happens.........any ideas??????????????
i have a yreg laguna and you insert a fob then press the start button to get the engine on but when i press the start button nothing happens??????? the radio comes on and the door lights are working so don't think it is the battery. any ideas as car stuck at my sons school and gonna have to leave it there. also rang finance company whose answer was to take car to garage which aint no use if can't get car started. it isn't making any sound at all when button pressed though when fob put in making quite a loud noise- prob always been there but never noticed before.... help!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i think ur starter is jammed! u`ll have to put the car into 2nd gear take the hand brake off & rock the car back &forward then try the start-up then if nothing it may be the battery(get a jump start from some 1)

You must put your foot on thee brake or the clutch to start these cars
