How to make something similar to "Oriental Flavor" for Nissan and...

...Macaroon without MSG? I like the cheap 3-4 minute cook noodle packs from Nissan And Macaroon and I like to mix the "Oriental Flavor" with hot-oil and eat them but -- they have MSG. Does anyone have a recipe for some kind of flavoring similar to "Oriental Flavor" that doesn't have MSG in it? I am open to other seasonings as well as a replacement. The more the better! I would like to be able to make my own tasty non-MSG seasoning to eat with the noodles.
