How do you work Neo-Geo with MAME?

I am still working on my MAME, I even got it to work, but with neo-geo, I can't get it to work, I need to know exactly where to put the files so I don't mess up again please. Thanks.

You've gotta download the Neo-Geo bios file... I believe they have it at Romworld.
