Default Is it safe to bury batteries (car, boat, home electronics) in my back yard?

I've been doing it for about 10 years and I think that is why my grass is not growing well.

No, they are toxic, you can take car batteries to any garage and they will take them!

No it shouldn't be a problem if you bury deep enough.(just an inch or two.) Next time just throw them out.

Batteries are corrosive and no wonder the grass isn't growing.

They're just like a car battery, acid inside it and it'll come out.
